From the 12 to 13 December 2006 he participated as expert and academic at the Teaching Seminar on Restoration Technology in Istanbul, on the theme: "Technology, Materials, and the Italian Experience in Architectural Restoration and Urban Recovery of the Cultural heritage of Turkey", with an intervention on "Comparing Three Projects: The conservative restoration – The theatre of Donnafugata -; The diagnostic project - Church of S.Vincenzo Ferreri -; The consolidation - Palazzo De Leva".
